Founder / CEO
Gerad is an aviation maintenance professional based in Anguilla, with extensive experience in aircraft servicing and engineering. He has been associated with Trans Anguilla Airways and is recognized for his work in maintaining and supporting aircraft operations within the region.

With a background in aeronautical engineering from the Art Williams Harry Wendt Aeronautical Engineering School, Norville has built a career focused on ensuring safety, reliability, and performance in aviation systems.

He is also connected to aviation service operations on the island, contributing to maintenance solutions that support both local and regional air transport. His role within the industry reflects a strong technical foundation and a commitment to high standards in aircraft maintenance and operational support.
